A field / scan user is someone who mainly scans QR codes, views asset information or performs simple field updates.
AI credits power the ArgusX AI Assistant. A simple request (like asking a question) uses a small number of credits; richer actions (like generating a report) use a few more. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, and you can always see your balance in the app.
